Who are we?

Tuatara started brewing over a decade ago, and is now a well established brewing company based in Wellington, New Zealand - famous  for such beers as our multiple award winning Tuatara Pilsner and Hefe, and our big hoppy American and Aotearoa Pale Ales.
Our beer can be found primarily in New Zealand, gaining momentum in Australia, and is becoming more and more prevalent as far as the US. Check out our stockist map for more info on where to find our beer!

The Online Store

In 2012 we moved brewery locations from a glorified farm shed into a huge warehouse premises in Paraparaumu, Greater Wellington. The move was important mainly to deal with the huge supply and demand increase over the past few years, but as part of our upgrade you can also expect improvements to our services across the board - this online store for one!
This store sells Tuatara T-shirts, accessories, and gift vouchers - and also allows you to book tasting experiences online.  We have no plans to sell our beer online direct to customer, but if you're after that service check out a few great online supplier links on the right!

Pricing & Shipping

We are a New Zealand based business and as such all prices appear in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) including GST.
We send our merchandise all over the world at varying shipping costs. Your shipping rate will be communicated to you after entering your postal information at the checkout.

All items are sent with New Zealand Post tracked parcels. Your tracking number and URL will be communicated to you in the shipping confirmation email that is sent out when we fulfil the order on our end.

The name that will appear on your receipt will be Tuatara Brewing. Our GST number will also appear on your receipt.

Please allow 7 working days for us to process your order and send out your goods after receiving payment. If it appears your item is going to be delayed for longer than this period by way of an operational or stock error at our end, we will let you know ASAP and you will be given the opportunity to either change items or cancel your order and receive a refund to your credit card.
